Blair’s Resume

In this section you will find some letters of people saying some nice things about me and the work I have done with them. In addition, there is a copy of a Best Practice Study that was conducted by a Masters Student from Canada who was looking into the success that stemmed from the time I spent working in Botswana instilling business thinking into a new NGO. Feel free to click on any document to see it in full.

“The transformation that NCONGO underwent is important to analyze so that the lessons learned can be transformed to other emerging NGOs in the developing world. Relationship building, a shared vision with clear objectives, innovative solutions in the face of scarce resource, business principles and a dedicated staff were some of the building blacks that have elevated NCONGO to the respected position in Ngamiland, Botswana and Internationally. A new generation o NGOs which utilize sound business practices that promote sustainability are influencing the donor world and shaping the future o how NGOs are run.”
