Blair’s Resume

About Me

In my work life I have been very fortunate to have found success in many different industries. I generally enter into positions with a good foundation of knowledge about systems and structures but with little expertise in the given area. This has been true from my first job in marketing with Boyle-Midway, through to the fitness industry and then to corporate training and finally to working on international development. I have an ability to adapt well by immersing myself into a role and aligning myself with industry leaders and follow best practices. You might say that I learn well from others mistakes.

You will notice that I have spent over five years volunteering around the world. This has been one of the benefits that came from building a successful business. We have been able to work with some incredibly talented people to address some of the worlds most heart wrenching issues. My philosophy is simple: good business thinking and good use of business tools by non- profits and NGOs can yield tremendous social change.
