About Me

Thanks for making it this far! But I really have to tell you that you are really only seeing this one dimensional business side of me so far on this site. There a lot more to me than work.

I love to get involved in the community and in the arts and I bring creative passion to everything I choose to be involved with. My life is pretty damn good and I have few complaints. For a few years there was some drama in my life (off-stage) but thankfully I have matured and life these days is filled with good family, good friends and lots of adventure.

To be honest, I have a tough time answering that question because I have so many interests . My main source of inspiration is my wife and kids. Jude and I have been together for over twenty years and am very fortunate to have found someone who has the same sense of adventure that I do. Together we decided to sell our lucrative training business and travel the world working with NGOs that focus on challenging social issues such as HIV/AIDS and the Caste system. Jude brings life and positive energy to each of the countries we travel to and works on women's economic empowerment programs that she initiates.

My two boys Willis and Robin are both fine young men who have developed a unique world view as they have travelled. Robin (25), a social activist and wicked banjo player is tackling the challenging world of music on the east coast of Canada, having escaped our parental clutches.  Willis (12) is still tethered to his parents and suffers quietly as we drag him around the world. Willis’ blond hair, positive attitude an electric smile has broken down many barriers as we cross boarders.

Personally, I love the theatre and have been onstage since I was a small boy performing magic on the local television station. On occasion I still perform some magic (though I am a total hack now) but am more likely to be onstage in dramatic or musical productions.  I hold no false illusions regarding my talent (it is marginal) but I truly enjoy the camaraderie that a production  builds among the trouppe. When not involved with the theatre I am usually found socializing with friends or experimenting with photography.

Enough of the boring stuff, what are you really like?
